Refund policy

  We have a 14 day return policy after shipment arrived at your house,which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case of return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.If the customer does not choose a replacement item from the collection,the original shipping costs will also be deducted.

Within Europe ( without Suiza) will be deducted for the initial shipping and an additional 25,- € for the return shipping.For international orders,shipping costs vary.Please contact us for more information. 

We deduct 25,- Euro return shippingcosts flatrate in Europe returning one item, 2 items 30,-

When changing your product to return for a other product, no returnshippingcost will be deducted.No restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items can not  be returned,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)This includes special „made by order“, like personal selected colors from colorcards which are not in the main Collection.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards and preorder item, because they are made by order.

Archive items can not be returned.

Special offers can only be returned to change or store credit.

Preorder item you could change in a other size or color or credit in the shop.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
