for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation . A shipment confirmation email with tracking is sent out when your order is shipped. Please ensure packages have a safe and secure place to be delivered as we are not responsible for any loss or theft.
Typically, orders ship within 3 business days.Pre order items take up from 7days to 60 days. See message behind every pre order, in normal its around 2 - 4 weeks.During sales please allow up to a week for your order to ship.
RETURNS
Please contact us at shop@apeaceofibiza-collectionb.com or over shopifymessaging if you would like to return your full-price purchase for a store credit or refund.The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
We send a shippinglabel from DHL when client request a devolution.
Timeframe for return 14 days.

We offer worldwide shipping. The default option is DHL parcel for domestic orders and DHL express shipping for international. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Domestic orders typically take 1-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow up to 5-8 for your international package to arrive depending your location
